However, the process can sometimes fail. Even though the sender might have sent you the file, the attachment is nowhere to be found at your end. So, updating your app is definitely worth the shot to get out of this problem. To do that, head to theMicrosoft Store, and update your app from there. Here’s how:

That’s it. Do this and your app will get updated; this should have fixed the attachment issues with your app. Alternatively, you can also reset the app. Go toSettings > Apps > Apps & features.

From there, scroll down to find your Outlook app, click on the options (three dots) menu of the app when you find it, and selectAdvanced options. Scroll down and selectReset. You’ll get a dialog box warning you about the permanent deletion of your data. Click onResetto finalize the deletion.
