CD Projekt RED continues to work to undo the unsteady launch ofCyberpunk 2077with a regular influx of bug-fixing patches and hotfix updates. The massiveCyberpunk 2077 1.2 patch updateis now receiving its second hotfix update with the release ofCyberpunk 2077’s 1.22 hotfix update. Players can expect a number of bug fixes mostly targeted towards quest and progression, stability, and consoles.

The 1.22 hotfix update is now rolling out to all Cyberpunk 2077 players, including onXbox Series X,Xbox Series S, Xbox One,PS5, PS4, PC, andStadia. While patches may be coming in slightly slower than many players were hoping, it does seem that CDPR iscommitted to fixing Cyberpunk 2077 and selling it for years to come. This is great news for anyone who’s invested in the wonderfully detailed world of Night City.

Cyberpunk 2077 is flat-out unfinished, but it’s still a generally excellent game (especially on PC) when you look past the bugs. If CDPR delivers on its promises to fix its ambitious RPG title, it could still find a place on our list ofbest Xbox games.
