In a press conference in New Delhi, Dell launched Latitude 7400 2-in-1, the world’s smallest commercial 14-inch 2-in-1 laptop, in India. The laptop was unveiled earlier this year at CES 2019.

Incidentally, 2019 is the year Latitude, the company’s portfolio of enterprise notebooks, celebrates 25 years. The company claims that with Latitude 7400 2-in-1, it has re-imagined the 7000 series for Latitude in terms of design, technology, and legacy.

The new Latitude 7400 2-in-1 is the world’s first PC to use a proximity sensor enabled by Intel Context Sensing Technology. It features ExpressSign-in which detects user presence, wakes the system, and immediately scans for facial recognition to log in with Windows Hello. When the user steps away, the Latitude locks itself to preserve battery life and ensure security.

There’s also ExpressConnect that links the device to the best Wi-Fi available and provide faster data transfer than a conventional antenna. With ExpressCharge, users can recharge the battery life to 80% in just one hour while the laptop offers up to 24 hours on a single charge.

The Latitude 7400 2-in-1 sports a drop-hinge design with a 4-sided narrow border Full HD 14-inch display. It’s finished in a new Titan Gray machined aluminum with a hairline brushed design and diamond-cut edges. The magnesium alloy bottom cover is coated in soft-touch paint that feels great to carry.

The new Dell Latitude 7400 2-in-1 is now available for enterprise customers with prices starting at INR 135,000.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.

Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
