It’s Patch Tuesday again! Microsoft will start releasing the June 2019Patch Tuesdaycumulative updates within the next few hours.
Those of you who are running earlier versions ofWindows 10should update their machines as soon as possible in order to get the latest cumulativeupdates.
The upcoming Patch Tuesday updates are expected to fix security and non-security issues within the operating system. Microsoft specifically aims to address the existing vulnerabilities inWindows 10OS and its components.
Additionally, the tech giant is releasing monthlycumulative updates for Windows 7and Windows 8.1. These updates will also bring security-onlyupdatesalong with some security and non-security enhancements.
Windows 7 usersshould keep in mind that Microsoft has already announced theend of support deadline for Windows 7. This version of the operating system is scheduled to retire in January 2020.
Microsoft highly recommends users to upgrade toWindows 10before January 2020. That is the only way you canstay safe onlineand enjoy the latest features available inWindows 10.
Install Windows 10 June Patch Tuesday updates
These updates will be automatically available on your system. You just need to visit theSettingsmenu and clickCheck forupdates.
Alternatively, you can manually download theupdatesfromMicrosoft’s Update Catalog.
