Microsoft has just rolled out the Visual Studio 2019 Release Candidate (RC). While thefinal version of the Visual Studio 2019will be available to the general public at an online launch event on 2nd April.

Visual Studio 2019comes as a complete package for both teams and individuals. The latest version isa lot more productive, faster, reliableand easier to get started and also easier to use for everyone.

This release introduced acouple of new features including expanded refactoring capabilities, IntelliCode for AI-assisted IntelliSense,smarter debuggingand others.

Moreover,two product channels have also been introduced along with the latest release. You can download Visual Studio 2019 RC from the release channel, while Visual Studio 2019 Preview 4 is available at the preview channel.

If you are interested in getting early access to the upcoming version of Visual Studio, you can always download Visual Studio 2019 Release Candidate (RC).

Visual Studio 2019 will be available to the general users on 2nd April. You can easily install the Visual Studio 2019 RC build if you already have Visual Studio 2019 Preview builds and Visual Studio 2017.

The Visual Studio Preview can be downloaded from the official page. Additionally, you can always head towards thedeveloper’s forumto report an issue or provide feedback to Microsoft. You can also use the UserVoice page in order to log feature requests and new product suggestions.

The preview channel will continue to offer an early look at upcoming features, just as you’ve become accustomed to in Visual Studio 2017.

Additionally, the company has also introducedProfessional, Community and Enterprise editions for each of the two channels. Microsoft added some additional features to the Enterprise Editions and Professional of the IDE.

The company said in anannouncementthat a preview of Time Travel Debugging (TTD) that has been integrated with the Snapshot Debugger will be available along with theVisual StudioEnterprise 2019.
