343 Industries has announced in a newblog postthat the next season ofHalo: The Master Chief Collection(MCC), Season 7: Elite, will feature several new armor sets for Elites as well as skins available for the energy swords in Halo 3. This is great news for players who prefer to play as an Elite (like me!), as it marks the first time cosmetics for Elites are being brought to the MCC.

Players will be able to earn these armor sets by working towards completing the (free) season pass for Season 7 when it releases, which can be done by completing challenges and playing the game to earn experience and Season Points. You can check out some of the cosmetics in the gallery below:

To view all of the new cosmetics, make sure to check out the original blog post. Overall, do you like what’s coming in Season 7: Elite, or do you think 343 Industries should be focusing on more Spartan-themed skins and armors instead? Let me know.

We highly recommend playing the MCC while you wait forHalo Infinite’srelease later this year, as it bundles all of the pre-Xbox One Halo shooters together for an amazing price. This makes it one of thebest Xbox One shootersavailable, and a game that you definitely shouldn’t overlook. On PC, the gamehas been played by over 10 million people, making it one of the most popular sci-fi games on the platform right now.
