The Hunting Simulator 2 video game may have launched on the Xbox One family of consoles in mid-2020 but it’s now gotten a brand new separate release for Microsoft’s newer Xbox Series X and S consoles with improved visuals and a higher framerate.

While theXbox One version of Hunting Simulator 2can be played on both the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles, this particular version, calledHunting Simulator 2 Xbox Series X|S in the Microsoft Store digital storefront, boasts 4K visuals when played on a Series X, 1440p on the Series S, and 60 FPS on both.

For those who own an Xbox Series X or S, or are planning to buy one in the future, this newer version of Hunting Simulator 2 is clearly the preferred choice. Especially since its price is exactly the same as the Xbox One version. Of course, for those who are planning on hanging onto their Xbox One console for a bit longer, the Xbox One version is really the only option.
