There are huge productivity and collaborative improvements coming to many areas of the platform.
Sales teams now have the ability to track career movements using LinkedIn Sales navigator as well as share sales records with Microsoft Teams without leaving Dynamics 365 Sales.
Customer service is also getting nod with access to Teams chat directly from Dynamics 365 Marketing. This means users don’t have to leave the platform keeping them in their flow as they collaborate with stakeholders and members of their team providing a smooth and seamless experience.
Now users will also be able to self service and interact with Dynamics 365 Human Resources directly from Teams. This feature means users will be able to take care of many Human Resource related questions on their own freeing valuable time for the Human Resources team and managers.
Another exciting feature coming to the platform is Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management, this new configurable artificial intelligence (AI)-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) application is designed to help customers scale their order management process maintaining compatibility with legacy enterprise resource planning systems. For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
