Microsoft recently released another cumulativeupdateforWindows 10version 1903.KB4497935is now available to Slow and Release Preview Ring Insiders. This release bumps the existing version of the build to 18362.145.
Just like the previous releases, thisupdatebrings a bundle of improvements and fixes forWindows 10users. This article briefly discusses some major changes.
Update KB4497935 is currently being tested by Insiders and it should be available to the general publish this week.Windows 10May Update users have complained about a long list ofbugsand we’re sure Microsoft wants to fix these issues as soon as possible.
KB4497935 major fixes and improvements
Night light mode bug fix
Microsoft released KB4497935 to fixNight light mode issuesintroduced by the previous releases. Previously some users reported that some display mode changes turned off Night light mode.
Full-screen mode rendering issues resolved
An annoyingbugcreated some issues for the gaming community when using full-screen mode. Microsoft confirmed that the issue was caused when the Game bar was visible during the gaming session. Thankfully, Microsoft released KB4497935 to resolve the issue.
Bluetooth devices bug fix
KB4497935 resolved another issue for some PCs with Bluetooth radios. The issue was preventing users from removing Bluetooth peripherals from those PCs.
Guest DPI issue resolved
KB4497935 addressed an issue that where there was a conflict between the dots per inch of the host and the guest.
External USB devices bug fixed
An issue prevented users from installing the latestWindows 10Updates on their systems. Microsoft confirmed that during the installation of theupdate,Windows 10PCs with an external SD card or USB device got an incorrect drive.
The affected systems triggered a messageThis PC can’t be upgraded toWindows 10. KB4497935 fixed the issue.
Direct3D apps issues resolved
Some gamers who changed the default display orientation experienced issues while entering full-screen mode in some Direct3D apps or games.
Surprisingly, Microsoft didn’t list any known issues for this release. However, it remains to be seen ifWindows 10users report any issues on the company’s forums.
