TheOctober 2019 Patch Tuesdayis finally here with an assortment of new features.

It seems that with KB4519338 Microsoft focused on improving security when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge, as well as some improvements with username and password recognition.

Additionally, the major update also contains changes for Microsoft HoloLens (OS Build 17763.806) released October 8, 2019.

KB4519338 still has a lot of unresolved issues

Unfortunately, some users should be aware that it also comes with a few issues.

For example, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error,“0x800f0982 -PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND.”
