Microsoftrecently released the first round ofupdatesfor 2020, called theWindows 10 January Patch Tuesday updates. Part of this major set ofupdatesis the Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4528760 forWindows 10version 1903 and 1909.
Severalsecurity vulnerabilitiesregarding thecrypt32.dll component of Windows were probably the highlight of the entire round ofpatches,as far as security goes.
However, KB4528760 also comes with its fair share of issues as well.

Error messages when installing the Cumulative Update
Users are receiving constant error messages when trying to install the Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB4528760. Thiserrorbears the code0xc1900403.
