As you already know,Windows 10v1909 was released last month. This version of Windows shares the core operating system and the system files withWindows 10v1903.

Because of that, many of the new features of v1909 were included in the v1903, thanks to the latest quality update. But they are inactive until the installation of a enablement package meant to activate the v1909 features.

For that reason,Windows 10v1909 and v1903 share most of the new changes and features that come with KB4530684. This will bump up the OS builds to 18362.535, and 18363.535 respectively.
