ThePatch Tuesday January 2020 updatesare here. As always, these updates bring new security features and system improvements to all Windows 10 versions.
KB4534276 improvements
This cumulative update is available for Windows 7 v1709, aka The Fall Creators Update.
The official changelog reads as follows:
Updates to improve security when storing and managing files.
Updates to improve security when using input devices such as a mouse, keyboard, or stylus.
Security updates to the Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows Input and Composition, Windows Media, Windows Virtualization, Windows Storage and Filesystems, and Windows Server.
In order to get the latest updates, you can use the Windows Update feature. Your computer will automatically scan for updates and install the latest patches as soon as they’re available.
If you installed earlier updates, keep in mind that your computer will download and install only the new fixes contained in this package.
If you are only interested in a particular set of updates, you can download them separately from theWindows Update Catalog.
