Microsoft has justannouncedthe launch of anew “Microsoft Q&A” websitethat is set to replace the MSDN and TechNet Forums for any technical questions you have about Microsoft products. The new Q&A website is currently in preview, and Microsoft says that it’s an extension of itsdocs.microsoft.complatform which already includes a lot of technical information about Azure, Windows, and other Microsoft technologies.
Microsoft Q&A currently lets you ask questions on Microsoft products and services to a community of experts, and the website lets you follow posts, tags or people to be notified about updates. The search bar also provides suggested answers to help you find existing answers as you type.
Microsoft expects to complete the transition from MDSN and TechNet to Microsoft Q&A by mid-2020. “To ensure a smooth transition and minimize any disruption for users, we’ve broken down the migration into multiple phases,” the team explained, and as of this writing the preview version of Microsoft Q&A currently includes content about Azure, the Universal Windows Platform, and the Partner Center API.

Radu Tyrsina has been a Windows fan ever since he got his first PC, a Pentium III (a monster at that time).
For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
