Xbox Game Pass mobile app gets ready for EA Play and Xbox Series X|S enhanced games
Ahead of the launch of Xbox Series X|S and EA Play joining Xbox Game Pass next week, anew update for the Xbox Game Pass appprepares it for showing EA Play games once the service is available to Xbox Game Pass members. You can now also see what games are coming to Xbox Game Pass soon and queue them for installation once available.
Microsoft Teams users will soon be able to reply to specific messages
Keeping up in fast-moving conversations or where multiple topics are being discussed is getting easier for Microsoft Teams users on desktop. Soon, it will bepossible to reply to specific messages, or rather, quote a message.
PSA: Microsoft Teams web app will end support for IE 11 later this month
After announcing it back in August,Microsoft Teams will be ending support for its web app on Internet Explorer 11by the end of this month. Microsoft is recommending users switch to the Chromium-based Microsoft Edge.
Microsoft finally launches HoloLens 2 Development Edition in the United States
This week saw Microsoft’sHoloLens 2 Development Edition launch in the United States, offering a bundle of hardware to help developers create content for the device. In addition, other regions will also see the HoloLens 2 Development Edition launch by the end of the year, including Canada and the UK, among others.
