Get paid for your photos with Trove, a Microsoft Garage project
Microsoft Garage projectTrove has received a fairly major update. Now, users of the Trove app can upload their photos to earn money. The photos are used to help train AI. Earnings are paid via PayPal, but the app is only available in the United States.
Bing to appear as Search choice on new Android phones in 13 European countries after winning Google auction
Microsoft’sBing search engine has won an auction by Google to feature within the Search choiceselection of search engines on Android phones across 13 European countries. This means that Android users setting up a new device will be offered an option to select Bing as their default search engine from the outset.
An official Apple TV app is currently being tested on Microsoft’s Xbox One consoles
Suspicions over anApple TV app possibly coming to Microsoft’s Xbox games consoles have been confirmedthis week, after several users reported seeing the app show up on their Xbox One consoles. The app appears to be very limited in reach at the moment, so is likely still in a testing phase.

Microsoft starts rolling out Hard Mute feature in Microsoft Teams
To help reduce interruptions, anew Hard Mute feature is now rolling out to Microsoft Teams. It allows meeting organisers to mute all attendees before or during a meeting, as well as control whether attendees can unmute themselves or not.
“Hard Mute” is now available in#MicrosoftTeamsMeeting Options. You can now choose to not allow attendees to unmute their mic when in a meeting.
