Key notes

Microsoft has created the first twoWindows 102004 support pages. The much awaited OS or the May 2020 Update is arriving in general availability anytime today or tomorrow.

As you may know, Microsoft had finished up the design and development of the OS by December last year. But Windows 10 2004 has been receiving critical feature enhancements and bug fixes since.

Only insiders have been able to test the May 2020 Update experience so far, though that will change soon.

Microsoft will be listing any active issues with the latest operating system ononeof the support pages. The OS has not launched yet, so if you head on over there, you will not see any listed bugs.

But you can always come back later and press CTRL + F to look up any specific issue with the May 2020 Update.

Theother pagewill be featuring resolved Windows 10 issues. It also does not list any issues in the meantime.

Some remarkable features and improvements are coming with version 2004. Of these, one of the most anticipated is the newCortanaapp. The chat-based smart assistant will be productivity-focused, unlike what it used to be before.

Also, when you update your PC with the latest OS, you will be able to use Windows Hello in your system’s safe mode. The biometric authentication feature will give you system access so you can troubleshoot any hardware.

We’ve compiled a longerlistof useful features that the May 2020 Update is bringing. Be sure to check it out!

In other relatednews, a post by Twitter user THaarala shows the OS listed in the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). That appearance also reinforces expectations that Windows 10 version 2004 is coming out in a matter of hours.
