The newly revamped Xbox app is now available on both Android and iOS smartphones and tablets after the rollout of the latest app update this week.
The new Xbox app features a completely new design that better matches thecurrent Xbox One and Xbox Series X console UIand is generally much more visual than the previous version. The main attraction with this update is the addition of the ability to stream gameplay footage from an Xbox console on the same Wi-Fi network, essentially turning any smartphone or tablet into a second screen.
The app’s icon has also been updated with a softer shade of green.
Here’s the full release notes:
All new!
