Microsoft’sYour Phone appis very popular and manyWindows 10users count on it on a daily basis.

If you’re one of those users, we’ve got some bad news for you: Your Phone app is down.

Your Phone app has connection problems

Here’s how one userdescribesthe experience:

I’ve been using Your Phone app with very little problem lately but today I started having issues with it. It last synced at 8:50 this morning but won’t reconnect. I uninstalled on both phone and PC and re-installed now they won’t connect at all while trying to set up permissions.

If you’re having the same problem, we recommend you to do nothing, as it’s a server issue and not with your Windows 10 PC or smartphone.

Microsoft is working on a fix

It seems like the service is experiencing some problems, confirmed by Microsoft’sOffice 365 Service Status page:

Users may experience connection problems anderrorswhen using the Your Phone app. Users may receive “Can’t connect” or other error banners when using theapp.

The tech giant is working on to fix the problem and is trying to provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Stay close, as we will update you on any new development.
