Minecraft Dungeons' latest injection of content came in the form of theEchoing Void DLC, which coincided with the launch of Minecraft Dungeons Ultimate Edition. Now that the first chapter ofMinecraft Dungeonsis complete, and players can find the entire collection in one place,Minecraft Dungeons is making the jump to Steamon Sept. 22, 2021, giving players another place to access this intense and action-packed Minecraft spin-off.
Minecraft Dungeons was already available on PC through the Microsoft Store andXbox Game Passfor PC, but many PC gamers primarily access their library through Steam. On Sept. 22, Minecraft Dungeons will be available on Steam, with two versions from which to choose. The base game of Minecraft Dungeons will run for $20, while the quintessential Ultimate Edition will run for $40, but will include all previously released content and DLC for Minecraft Dungeons, the complete original soundtrack, and some digital artwork.
This is the latest in a growing series of Xbox Game Studios titles to launch on Steam, and it’ll be interesting to see if Minecraft Dungeons can capture the same level of success as previous games have on the massive platform. If you’re interested in picking Minecraft Dungeons up from Steam, you can wishlist the title now for when it releases later next month. If you’re impatient, you can also play Minecraft Dungeons right now on pretty much any other gaming platform, includingXbox Series X,Xbox Series S, Xbox One, andXbox Cloud Gaming.

Another Microsoft game joins Steam
Minecraft Dungeons has long been available for practically every gaming platform imaginable, complete with cross-play and cross-save, but now the game is heading to more PC gamers with a Steam release on Sept. 22. Both the base game and the Ultimate Edition of Minecraft Dungeons will be available, and you can wishlist now.
