Minecraftis gearing up for its next major update, the second half of theCaves and Cliffs Update, which will feature a ludicrous number of new features and changes. Mojang Studios has been testing many of these features throughearly Experimental Snapshots on PC, but they’re now ready to begin testing these features with a greater number of people through regular snapshots.
Minecraft: Java Edition Snapshot 21w37ais now available for PC testers, and joins the earlier releasedMinecraft: Bedrock Edition Beta 1.17.40.20by beginning to test some of the massive alterations arriving in the future update, including new biomes, world generation features, bug fixes, technical updates, and more. This individual snapshot is larger than many full-blown Minecraft updates, so there’s a lot to unpack here.
This is all happening as Mojang Studios prepares for Minecraft Live 2021, its yearly event that will share new announcements and reveals for the future of Minecraft to fans next month.
