NBA 2K21, the latest title in the long-running basketball franchise from 2K Games, is coming to Xbox Game Pass and Cloud Gaming, as confirmed onXbox Wireearlier today. This means that not only will the game be available for Xbox Game Pass console subscribers, but anyXbox Game Pass Ultimateusers can play it on the go via Cloud Gaming on their Android device.

Xbox Wire links to the last-generation $60 Xbox One version of the game, so it seems like that’s the version that’ll be included with Xbox Game Pass and not the $70 edition of the game made forXbox Series XandXbox Series S. There’s no mention of how long it’ll be available in the service so if you’ve been hesitant about buying NBA 2K21, this is your chance to try it out.

While the list of games that support Xbox Cloud Gaming are currently limited to 720p resolution, Microsoft istesting 1080p streaming, so hopefully we’ll see that begin to roll out in the months ahead.

Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold in one

Xbox Game Pass gives you access to over 200 games for one monthly fee. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also adds Xbox Live Gold to the package so you can play online with your friends. You also get access to EA Play.
