At the Future Games Show today, the Daedalic Entertainment pre-show was capped off by unveiling a brand-new trailer for the much-anticipated Lord of the Rings: Gollum. This unique game is (of course) set in the Lord of the Rings universe as a stealth-them-up played from the perspective of Gollum. It’s been a while since we’ve heard more about Lord of the Rings: Gollum, but that radio silence has finally been shattered by the new trailer shown off during the Future Games Show. You can check out the new trailer below:

The new trailer is certainly on the short side, but it does show a little bit of the morbidly gorgeous Lord of the Rings world, as well as brief flashes of gameplay as the hunched Gollum. There’s still no new information on Lord of the Rings: Gollum’s release date, but hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we learn more.

Lord of the Rings: Gollum is slated to release forXbox Series X,Xbox Series S,PS5, and PC. Lord of the Rings: Gollum does not have a set release date yet. It was originally supposed to launch some time in 2021, but it may now not arrive until 2022. It’s too early to tell, but if Lord of the Rings: Gollum nails gameplay as Gollum and its story narrative, it could become one of thebest games for Xbox.
