Microsoft revamps Outlook for Web

Dark mode

Today more and more appsoffer dark mode supportin Windows 10. Now you canapply dark mode to your inboxtoo.

Favorites

Now you can tag a group, contact, or category as a favorite in yourOutlookaccount. YourOutlookmobile app is also going to sync your selection.

New message tab

Previously, many people had to repeatedly jump between the reading and writing pane while composing a message. Microsoft understood the discomfort and added a new writing tab at the bottom of the reading pane.

Time management features

Microsoft added new features inOutlookthat help its users toeffectively manage their timethroughout the day. NowOutlookhelps you to stay organized by creating event and meeting reminders.

Moreover, the calendar search feature allows you to look for a keyword, person or location.

Install one of these reminder tools to make sure you never forget anything.

Snooze your emails

Most of the times, we don’t want to see anemailat the top of ourinboxand you wish that it should disappear.Outlooknow allows users to snooze thoseemailsto read them later at some time.

Month view option

We always want to keep track of our events so that we don’t miss anything. Now you can see a big picture of the events with the month view option.

Online meetings

Microsoft added some new features in order to streamline youronline meetings. You can either create a new online meeting, join an ongoing meeting, or see the number of attendees.

Microsoft encouraged its users to provide their feedback to improve existing features and design.
