Last month, Microsoft announced abunch of time management featurescoming to Outlook at its spring Ignite conference, including a new calendar board view for web users. Now, the company has announced in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center that the feature will begin rolling out to Targeted Release customers later this month.
The new Calendar board view transforms the existing Calendar experience available in Outlook on the Web. It works much like Trello and provides tools for organizing and managing calendars and meetings. More specifically, users will be able to create a customized board with calendars, tasks, notes, goals, links, files, etc., and manage them all in one place.
At launch, the new board calendar view will only be available in Outlook for the web, and it’s coming soon to commercial and education users, too. But it’s unclear when this new capability will show up in the mobile apps and Outlook for Windows, though. In case you missed it, Microsoft Outlook has recently released a newSuggested times featurefor Android users.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
Prior to founding Windows Report, this particular curiosity about digital content enabled him to grow a number of sites that helped hundreds of millions reach faster the answer they’re looking for.
