Rainbow Six Extraction delayed to January 2022

Tom Clancy’sRainbow Six Extractionis delayed to January 2022, joining the longlist of games delayed in 2021. This news follows an E3 2021 showing of the game that detailed how the three-player co-op worked, alongside a September 16, 2021 release date. Ubisoft did not share an exact day in January that the game will now arrive on.
“We are embracing the opportunity to take additional time to bring this vision to life in the way it deserves in January 2022. We are confident this will ensure Rainbow Six Extraction is the immersive, cooperative, and thrilling experience we set out to create, and the one you aspire to play,” theannouncementreads.
Another Ubisoft title, Riders Republic, is also delayed, from September 2 to October 28, a decision that was made in order to “fine tune the experience” for players. Even with these delays, it’s looking to be a fairly solidholiday for video gameslater this year, though a handful of major titles have yet to commit to an exact date, such asHalo Infinite.
Co-op, replayability, and tension.
