You alreadycan use any Windows PC as a secondary displayfor a primary computer, but Samsung is looking to take that to another step. According to the notable leakerAggiornamenti Lumia, the smartphone giant is possibly working on a new app for Windows known as “Second Screen” that can help you use Galaxy tablets on PCs as an external display (via Neowin.)

Naturally, details on said app are scarce at the moment, as the leaker only shared a list of devices that it would work with. On the Android side, the list ranges from the Galaxy Tab S7, FE, and Plus, to the Galaxy Tab S8, Plus, and Ultra. Over on Windows, you’ll need a Galaxy Book that’s running Windows 10 version 2004 or higher. This means that the experience will likely be locked in to Galaxy owners only despite the app being on Windows.

It is worth noting that Samsung already has an experience that lets you mirror your computer’s screen to a Galaxy tablet. This can be done on select Android devices by choosing the Second Screen icon from the Quick Settings panel and then connecting to it as a wireless display from the Windows Connect menu. It is unknown how different this new app for Windows will be, but withGalaxy Unpackedcoming up, it won’t be too long before we find out.

For most of the kids of his age, the Internet was an amazing way to play and communicate with others, but he was deeply impressed by the flow of information and how easily you can find anything on the web.
