Skype screen sharing is getting better with anew Zoom-In feature, which now makes it easier for all participants in a video call to read tiny text on the shared screen. The Skype team implemented different ways to zoom in at any time during meetings, and using Zoom-in won’t interrupt the call or notify other participants that the feature is being used.
To use the new Zoom-in feature when someone in a meeting shares his screen, Skype users on the desktop have the following options:
Skype has slowly but surely taken the back seat as Microsoft has been focusing on improving Microsoft Teams for enterprise users and consumers. Even though there’s a lot of overlap between Teams and Skype with features like custom backgrounds and Together Mode being available on both platforms, the latter isn’t going away andrecently received a small design updateon all platforms.
