Microsoft has started rolling out its June security update for theSurface Duo, bringing with it the latest security patches from Google in addition to general OS bug fixes and enhancements. Microsoft has committed to releasing monthly OS updates for Surface Duo, and the June update is right on schedule.

The update bumps the version number from 2021.419.70 (US) to 2021.525.62.

The officialchangeloghas now been posted and is as vague as ever:

The update is only about 84MB in size, making it the smallest monthly security patch yet. This likely means there’s not much new or changed with this release.Last month’s OS updatewas around 197MB for comparison. The update also brings the OS security version to Google’s June 5th security patch.
