A new week brings a new selection of laptop deals at Target - so I’ve searched through and picked out some of the best options right here. Although Target mainly has a reputation for selling other products such as groceries, toys, furniture and appliances, it regularly has a solid selection of tech offers, too. Check out our favorites below.

The selection may indeed be smaller than the likes of Amazon and Best Buy, but I’ve still managed to find some good options for a variety of budgets and needs. There are basic Chromebooks for light use, good-value mid-range laptops for everyday tasks and powerful premium devices for multitasking and gaming.

Acer Chromebook 315 (Refurbished):was $299 now$129 at TargetThis Acer Chromebook 315 is a basic device, but it’s great value for money if you need a cheap laptop for light use, such as general browsing and schoolwork – and don’t mind a refurbished item). It sports a 15-inch display, full-day battery life, and the lean Chrome OS that make it a great buy for students or those always on the move with around $150 to spend.

HP Chromebook 14:was $319.99 now$249.99 at TargetA similar version with more storage was on offer last week, but this smaller HP Chromebook 14 is now reduced at Target. There are cheaper options out there offering similar specs, but this is still a decent price for a light, portable and basic 14-inch device. It’s great value for money if you need a cheap laptop for general browsing and schoolwork. And those often on the move will appreciate the 12-hour battery life thanks to the undemanding yet still capable Chrome OS.

Acer Aspire 3:was $399.99 now$399.99 at TargetIf you’d prefer a Windows laptop, then this Acer Aspire 3 is a solid everyday device for those with a decent budget. An Intel i5 processor, 12GB of RAM, and a large 512GB SSD offer reasonable performance and loads of speedy storage for general everyday use - be that web browsing, light work, video calls, and media streaming.

Lenovo IdeaPad 3i:was $749.99 now$549.99 at TargetTarget has a good saving on this high-performance Lenovo laptop that features a 15.6-inch touchscreen display, a modern Intel i7 processor and a roomy 512GB SSD for storage. The 8GB of RAM is a little underwhelming for the price but it still ensures that this is a capable all-around device for general everyday use, light work and other moderately demanding tasks. It’s decent value overall if you want a laptop with a bit of juice behind it.

Lenovo Yoga 7i:was $849.99 now$699.99 at TargetThis is a great price for a mid-range laptop with some stellar modern features and tech inside. High-end components such as the Intel i5 processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD give it solid all-around performance for work and multitasking. Then there’s its flexibility as a 2-in-1 device so you can flip the touchscreen around for a more tactile and smoother experience if you’re just web browsing or streaming media. We haven’t tested this specific model, but we awarded a similar device 4.5 stars out of five in ourLenovo Yoga 9i review.
