After a weather-affected first two days in Arizona, Nick Taylor holds a one-shot lead after moving to 13-under through six holes of his third round. Darked halted play early on Saturday with day one leader Sahith Theegala just one shot back, while Doug Ghim and Andrew Novak are two shots off the lead.
Three-time major winner Jordan Spieth could emerge as a threat as he is within striking distance on 10 under, with two-time defending champion Scheffler is on 8 under. If the tournament is to finish on time, then the leaders will have to play 30 holes on Sunday.
