We can all buyTheLast of Us Part 2 Remasteredas it has been released today! January 19, 2024, brings the hard-hitting and emotional game natively to PS5, and we’re gathering up all the latest prices and giving you the latest on the WLF Edition with our stock tracker.
While the standard edition is readily available, we’ve been doing our best to be a WLF Edition restock tracker since pre-orders for the special edition opened up in December. Sadly, we’ve not seen much since the initial wave of pre-order inventory sold out in December, despite some trackers throwing up alerts randomly. The only grain of hope we hold on to though is that PlayStation Direct did a couple of restocks of Part I’s premium Firefly Edition around the time of that edition’s release, so we are hopeful the WLF Edition will get the same treatment.

Where to buy The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered standard edition
The standard edition of the game is readily available from the usual batch of retailers wherever you live. However, there are already some discounts from the game’s listing price going already so now is as good a time as ever to order a standard edition of the game.

WLF Edition stock tracker update:As of around 6am ET / 11am GMT on January 19 (release day), the WLF Edition remains out of stock. Stock trackers claim to have seen flashes of stock pop up but as far as we can tell there’s not been anything official. We hold out hope that release week will bring another wave of bona fide stock.

This is similar to the one Sony offered with theUncharted: Legacy of ThievesPS5 release and means you’ll only have to pay $10 - likely £10 - but this is still to be confirmed - to get your shiny new PS5 Remastered version of the game.
This can be done whether you own the PS4 original physically on disk or digitally - though disk owners will have to insert the game into the PS5 to be able to play it.
