Microsoft releasedWindows 10Insider Preview Build 18890 (20H1) to Fast Ring Insiders. This build is a follow-up to last week’sbuild 18885.
Imparting the information about this new build, Dona Sarkar communicated:
HelloWindows Insiders, today we are releasingWindows 10Insider Preview Build 18890 (20H1) toWindows Insidersin the Fast ring. […] Last month, we moved the Fast ring forward to 20H1 and merged the small group ofInsiderswho opted-in to Skip Ahead back into the Fast ring, which meansInsidersin the Fast ring and those who opted-in to Skip Ahead are receiving the same builds for now.
On a side note, build 18885 brought manyimprovements to Your Phone appand also extended language support for dictation.
On the other hand,Windows 10build 18890 did not introduce any new features. It only added a few bug fixes and improvements.
At the same time, it removes theFriendly Datesfeature that arrived with build 18272. The company confirmed that Friendly Dates would not be part of theWindows 10May 2019 Update and there is no hope for this feature’s return.

Since this build was released for testing purposes, expect to encounter various bugs and issues. For this reason, the company also shared thecomplete list of known issuesthat users might encounter after installing this build.
