Earlier this year, a project to bringWindows on ARM to the Lumia 950family was started by a group of dedicateddevelopers.
The task of bringing the full version ofWindows 10designed for ARM chipsets tomobilephones that are supposed to run only onWindows 10 Mobileseemed almost impossible.
Windows 10 on ARM comes to Lumia 950
But with time and a lot of work, the team lead byGustave Moncesucceeded in adding more and morefeaturesand managed to make the majority of the phone’s sensors to work.
During the weekend we managed to get working more sensors on Lumia 950s, complete list:
– Compass– Gyrometer– Inclinometer– LightSensor– Orientation (Absolute)– Altimeter– Barometer– Magnetometer– ProximitySensor– SimpleOrientationSensor– Accelerometer (Standard)

The new list of sensors that are working on Lumia 950 is almost complete.
Despite that, there are still things that don’t work properly, but the team said that all the functionality and fixes will be available in afuture update:
Not too sure when we will release this yet, maybe in the middle of the month, maybe next month, I don’t want to make too many releases since we have no real update way
After things like Camera and the USB-C will be sorted out, the project will come to an end and you’ll be able to test it on your Lumia 950, if you so choose.
