Key notes
2020 is drawing to an end but that doesn’t stop Microsoft from releasing their monthly cumulative updates.
On that note, theNovember Patch Tuesdayupdates have just been released, bringing new improvements, fixes, and security enhancements.
As always, all major versions ofWindows 10will receive an update, and depending on the build, each will be slightly different from the rest.
Since we believe that updating to the latest version isalways important, we created this article where we will be showcasing the cumulative update for each version of the OS.
More so, we will be providing a brief changelog for each of the, as well as a direct download link to the Windows Catalog, just like we did inprevious months as well.
Changes included in the November Patch Tuesday Updates
Windows 10, version 20H2
Windows 10 v20H2 is the latest major version of Windows 10, and as such has the most experimental features on it. That being the case you should install this version as soon as possible if your hardware allows it.
Take note that Windows 10 v2009’s system requirements aren’t that high, so don’t worry about compatibility issues.

System and user certificates might be lost when updating a device from Windows 10, version 1809, or later to a later version of Windows 10.

Windows 10, version 2004
Windows 10 v2004 shares the same core system as Windows 10 v2009, so all updates, fixes and improvements applied to one is the same with the other.

Windows 10 v1909 shares a core structure,core operating system, and an identical set of system files with Windows 10 v1903, thereforeall cumulative updates that apply to one version are available to the other as well.

Windows 10 v1903 shares a core structure, core operating system, and an identical set of system files with Windows 10 v1909, thereforeall cumulative updates that apply to one version are available to the other as well.

Windows 10, version 1809
Those of you still running the Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions of Windows 10 V1809 should know that it will reach End of Service in November.
That is why it is advised that you update your OS to a newer, supported version.

Windows 10, version 1803
At first, it as reported that Windows 10, version 1803 has reached the end of mainstream support, and starting with July there wouldn’t be any more optional, non-security releases for this version of Windows 10.
However, Microsoft decided to extend thesupport for Windows 10 v1803 up until 2021.

Windows 10, version 1703
Note:Windows 10, version 1703 has reached the end of service forHome,Pro,Pro for Workstation, andIoT Coreeditions.
In order to continue receiving quality and security updates,Microsoftrecommends that you get the latest possible version of Windows 10 installed.

Windows 10, version 1607
Note:Windows 10, version 1607 has reached the end of service for all of its available editions. Update to the latest version ofWindows 10in order to keep your system protected

Windows 10, version 1507
Note:Windows 10, version 1507 is the oldest version of Windows 10 still active, and it has reached the end of service for some time now.
If your hardware allows it, update to a much newer version of Windows 10.

That’s pretty much it for this round of monthly updates.
Don’t forget that a few smaller cumulative updates will also be coming in about two weeks, but those are usually smaller fixes to whatever problems these updates will bring.
More so, remember that updating your OS is important from a security stand-point, because Patch Tuesday is usually followed byExploit Wednesday and Uninstall Thursday, two days where hackers and malware will try to take advantage of those that still haven’t applied the latest security patches.
