The Redmond giant also rolled outKB4524570, the first ever cumulativeupdateforWindows 10v1909. Theupdatefocuses on improving security when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
How to download and install KB4524570
There are two ways to install thisupdate. You can install it automatically via Windows Update. This means that you need to go to Settings > Update & Security and then you can hit theCheck for updatesbutton.

However, many users complained about not being able to download KB4524570 on their machines. The download process starts normally but it gets stuck after a few minutes, as this userreports:
Ran Windows Update andWin 10update KB4524570 stalled at 73%. Restarted and that stalled. After 10 minutes, shut down via computer button, then rebooted. Ran Windows update and all went through fine. First time I’ve had a problem since update from originalWin 10to next version.
